Maddie amyotte

Registered Midwife | IBCLC 

Maddie Amyotte is a Cree-Métis Registered Indigenous Midwife and co-founder of Ihkapaskwa Collective.
She brings deep expertise in perinatal and neonatal care, grounded in Indigenous knowledge and traditions, offering compassionate, culturally safe support to families and communities across the region.

Maud Addai originally from Ghana, West Africa is a Registered Midwife. She is passionate about empowering women through their birth journeys, supporting families as they make informed choices. She is committed to providing evidence-based care, offering meaningful emotional support, and promoting physiologic birth whenever possible.

Charity Wegner

Midwifery Student 

Charity Wenger is a proud member of the Bigstone Cree Nation in Treaty 8 Territory and a 4th-year midwifery student. Her life's work has always been in community and around birthing. She have helped many family and friends in the ceremony of birth for over 20 years.

Registered Provisional Psychologist

Shelby Weiss, Registered Provisional Psychologist and proud member of Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation. Shelby holds a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and brings a gentle, grounded approach to healing. Her work is rooted in community care, trauma-informed practice, and supporting clients on their wellness journeys with compassion and cultural safety.
